why can't I download both instagram and snapchat on my phone. it's an iPhone 6. Please help, I've done everything!

Snapchat requires iOS version 12.0 or later (and from your product list it appears that your iPhone 6 is still running iOS 11, so you need to update it, using these instructions:--> Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch)
Instagram requires iOS version 13.4 or later (but your iPhone model cannot be updated past 12.5.7 version, because of hardware, specifically CPU/RAM, limits)
