I can't delete photos "From my mac" on my iphone

It's been ongoing for almost 3 years. Can't find a way to get rid of them

They are in the folder "from my Mac" on my iPhone, and they aren't anywhere on my mac.

My iCloud sync is off for Photos

I have no idea where they are stored.

It it is related to iTunes , it's impossible to download it anywhere (either iPhone or Mac) it just doesn't exist anymore or isn't supported in Korea

iPhone 11, iOS 16

To remove photos from an iPhone that were synced from a Mac, sync again.

The iTunes app on Macs was discontinued and replaced with other apps. See: What happened to iTunes? - Apple Support

Use Finder to sync photos. See the "Sync or remove content using the Finder" section of Use the Finder to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer - Apple Support
