go back to an older ios version

i have an app that is not working on my phone since i update my ios . used to work on previous version with no problem . i also tried to install on a diferent phone and is working. it is also working on my laptop. the name of the app is BENZING

Unfortunately, it is not possible to downgrade to an earlier iOS version. I see BENZING hasn't been updated by the developer since 2017, this might be the reason why it doesn't work on the very latest iOS version.

It is likely. You can always try to get in touch with the developer and ask if there is an update on the way.
