How to remove my Apple ID from a Family group

Good afternoon, I had a problem that today an unknown person sent me an invitation to the family, I accepted it out of stupidity and now he is blocking my access to applications and demands money to remove me from the family.

What you are saying is not consistent with how Family Sharing works. You may have a different issue and I suggest you contact Apple about this:

Refer to this document for ways to contact Apple --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Select your country (also look for "other" regions), then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

or:

Contact Apple for support and service by telephone --> Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

Againk what you state is not consistent with how Family Sharing works. The only way that you cannot on your own leave a sharing group is if you have a child account. In that case it would have had to have been deliberately set up by the Organizer of the group. is that what was done here? If so, you are best off just abandoning the account because it would have to be deleted by the Organizer anyway to disconnect you.
