Hello linda.lu61,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

We understand that you’re not seeing the calories burned while sleeping. We are happy to help.

Your Apple Watch will measure your sleep stages. Here’s more information on this: Track your sleep with Apple Watch - Apple Support

"View your recent sleep history

  1. Open the Sleep app  on your Apple Watch.
  2. Scroll down to see the amount of sleep you got the night before, the time spent in each sleep stage, and your sleep average over the last 14 days.

To see your sleep history on iPhone, open the Health app on iPhone, tap Browse, then tap Sleep. For more details—the average time you spent in each sleep stage, for example—tap Show More Sleep Data."

If you are not seeing the sleep history as expected, please try the steps here: Calibrate your Apple Watch for improved Workout and Activity accuracy - Apple Support

  1. "Check your settings
  2. Calibrate your Apple Watch
  3. Reset your calibration data"

Let us know if you have further questions.

Take care.
