Photo library different on new MacBook Pro than other devices.

I just got a new MacBook Pro. I updated all my devices to 16.3 as well as my desktop iMac to Ventura and set up photo sharing. After building the new shared library it is different on my new MacBook than on other devices. Under settings the Library location is the same on all devices? What am I missing? Photos I took yesterday on my iPhone show in all devices in my "personal library" except on the MacBook? Ideas?
