Is this a legitimate Apple offer or a fake?

A pop up appeared on my phone telling me my storage is low and would I like to increase my Apple iCloud storage. However, it looks like this might be from “swaptakes.com” rather than Apple. Is this a legitimate way to increase my storage?

Did this popup occur while visiting a website? If it did, then it's definitely fake.
