When I text someone it was blue and said delivered all of a sudden messages turned green and says sent as text message why is that

Sometimes the data connection (blue) is unavailable, and SMS (green) is then used. When the data connection becomes available again, it’ll be used.
As for being blocked, no feedback about that is provided to the sender. The blocked messages never reach the intended receiver, and disappear. You won’t see any indication of any block.
