What does it mean when I send a message to somebody and this time it was green and didn’t say delivered or sent underneath the message. All prior messages were blue and I could see “read”, “sent”, or “delivered” under the message. Does this mean that they blocked me? I’m using my iPhone 13 Pro max

No, it means it was sent as an SMS over cellular and status cannot be determined.
This can happen if the other person does not have an internet connection or has turned off iMessage for whatever reason.
It has nothing to do with being blocked. When blocked, you won't see any difference in how messages are sent.
