Screen time with ios 16.3.1 doesn’t work at all?

ScreenTime is incredibly buggy. I think Apple rushed its release and now a ton of people are having issues with it. You're not alone!

With Apple's native software, fixes can often occur with a "Force Restart" (what you did). Glad it worked!
