I've been having problems syncing my iPad to my iMac lately. I received a message that I need to download a file to update my computer before I can connect to my iPad but I always receive the error message that says the file was unable to download. Anyone had this problem and found a work around or solution

We'll be glad to help. In order to provide a targeted answer, we'd need to know the exact wording of the error messages you're receiving. This is because there are innumerable different messages that could appear, and all of them have different meanings and different paths to resolving them.
