My FaceTime is answering

How can I fix my FaceTime calls? When I call or answer a call you don’t get through to the other person.

Please start with the troubleshooting here: If you can't make a FaceTime call on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


Also, check this article for troubleshooting sign-in issues. Make sure your device is fully signed in and not showing any of those alerts. If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support


Remember, FaceTime needs to be done with your internet connection, either your iPhone using cellular data, or the Mac and iPad connected to a wireless network. If this is not working while connected to a specific wireless network, we recommend trying while connected to a different wireless network. Make sure it meets these requirements: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support
