I have Apple Watch SE (2022) 40 mm and I want to buy the Milanese Loop, my hand wrist is 175 mm will it fit me ? Or it be to tight ?

With the Milanese Loop band, the tightness is determined by you the user. You can wear it looser or tighter, depending on your preference, but it should fit your wrist with a 5mm buffer. It simply locks in place with a magnet, which can move according to your preferences.
