Password Reset Problem

I was using iPad Air2 16GB from last couple of years with an iCloud id. Last time about 2 months back, I reset my iPad and when login with the same id. It says that the password is incorrect. I tried to change the password and after a long procedure, It send an email on my apple id. And unfortunately this Apple ID is only available in the same iPad, which is unapproachable. Till the time I am not able to access my mail, Apple ID or any source to reset my password. And what a stupid way of apple that, they are sending me Email on the same ID to whome I have to change the password and it is unavailable. Even though I have provided all the required Informations and security answers, but still unable to settle the issue.

If anyone could help me to solve this issue, I will be highly obliged.

Thanks,

iPad Air 2

Hi Imranlatif,

Regarding your Apple ID, if no alternate address or security account was set up with the account, a reset request will send the information to the email address on file. However, you can test resetting the password on a different trusted device or the web using the steps here: If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

If you're unable to reset and previously had two-factor authentication enable you may need to start the Account Recovery process. If so, for review the information below before starting with the process here: How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support

"What is account recovery?

Account recovery is a process designed to get you back into your Apple ID account when you don’t have enough information to reset your password. For security reasons, it might take several days or longer before you can use your account again. We know this delay is inconvenient, but it's important so that we can keep your account and information safe.

Before you start the account recovery waiting period, try to reset your password.

Use account recovery only as a last resort when you can’t sign in or reset your Apple ID password. "
