I cant buy anything

Im a Minor so when I buy things in my iPhone or iPad it needs to ask a guardian. So when I bought a thing it sent the asking thing. But when my dad tried to accept it nothing was bought even tho he pressed “buy”. So we tried again and that time it showed something like that he needed to write his card number on it but that didn’t work either. Then after that the message didn’t show up at all and now it’s back to not buying anything just disappearing after he presses buy. And it’s not some scam thing since it’s a well known app that thousands buy from daily “video star”. I’m not very smart when it comes to money and things so if it’s a obvious answer don’t say I’m an idiot💀 And no money is gone too. I’ve only found this problem with one app yet but I don’t wanna make my dad buy more things then I need
