Updating an iPhone 8 Plus:

A. Update Using a Computer:

Have a Computer Handy? If so, try using a computer to update. See my User Tip: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip

B. Use WiFi --Not Cellular:

You are connected to Cellular. Your device is only updatable using WiFi or through a computer. See my Uber Tip: Use an iPhone 12 or later, that is using 5G, in order to update over Cellular - User Tip

You also need to charge your phone to at least 50% to perform the update. Better yet, leave it plugged in while updating.
