Different Fitness Goals for different days
Why it is not possible to set different Fitness Goals for days.
It would be a lot useful if we can change according to our fitness schedule. For example i would like to have the opportunity to put higher goals on my fitness days, and less on my rest days; Instead of daily changing the goals.
It is nice to have a minimum fitness goal for everyday but also, we all train/excercise for different purposes and our fitness challenge should be a stable one whatever the goal is not doubling our goals one day and barely getting it the next one.
For example I am working on a desk job so my daily move rates are minimum on my non-training days, but i have Boxing trainings 2 times a week where i hit double or triple it.
I have 1 non-working day so i rest mostly on sundays; which makes me feel bad when i see i havent even doubled my daily goals.
Additionally it would be a nice feature if we could add "sick days" to our fitness app on our watch. Which can give us suggestions to rest/lie down/spend in bed time etc.
