Trying to get Apple TV on my TV. I am unsuccessful in doing so. Please help!!

If you are using the Apple TV 4K box, as noted in your profile, then the TV app is preinstalled. If you are logged in with your account and subscribed to any services those would also be available.
If you are using a 3rd party device or smart TV, make sure it is one that supports the TV app (see link). If it is you may just need to download from the device's App Store.
