Virus and spyware

I got this message from Apple security stating my phone has a few viruses and that I had to click and download the app which I did but I think it’s a scam,I uninstalled the app but I’m just scared that there’s a spyware or virus on my phone what can I do now

All such messages are scams presented by criminals, and in no way are provided by Apple. Never download anything based on such messages. If you have downloaded an app, delete it and be certain to check for any bogus subscriptions to that app.

You are correct. It is a scam. Apple will never send you emails/messages such as the one that you have received. The purpose of that message is to get you to download and possible purchase a useless service.

You have uninstalled the app and you should be fine if you were not led to a website to enter any of your credentials such as your Apple ID / Password etc.
