Refund request

I sent a refund request to Apple as directed from Scopley for a subscription I paid for but never received. But Apple says it’s not eligible for a refund and doesn’t give me any reason why.

I even attached SA’s of the app telling me to contact Apple for a refund

Refunds are not guaranteed. For more information, see the Terms & Conditions.

If Apple has notified you that it is not eligible then so be it.
