Camera maintenance

Hi there, just I have a question month ago I was in USA California and I went to Apple shop to fix my camera. They don’t accept my iPhone because I bought it from the Middle East Riyadh

my question

Is it true not allowed to accept any device from Middle East to fix the camera ?

Apple Store shopping online from abroad Hi. I currently reside in Japan and I really don't want to buy iPhone here because it has a camera shutter sound that you can not get rid off. iphone 14 pro max problem Currently I am in Nepal,my son send me iphone 14 pro max from Australia now I am getting some issue on this device. first its getting lot of heat while charging(20 watt original cables),video calling and video recording second there is a black spot on camera after 3x zoom...still under warrenty but dont know where to claim in Nepal also cant send back in Australia

Have your repair done in the country where the iPhone was purchased.
