I presume that your Photo is intended to show your Apple Pencil with the protective Pencil tip removed for the purpose of photographing the transducer - and that you don’t attempt to use the Pencil with the tip removed. While the tip is a user-replaceable consumable part, that should be replaced as soon as visible wear or other damage is evident, the Pencil is not intended to be used with the tip removed.
Replacement tips are available from Apple in packs of four:

When replacing the Pencil tip, ensure that the tip is snugly screwed into position; when fitted correctly you should see a tiny gap, of about the thickness of a sheet of paper, between the tip and pencil body. If slightly loosened, or overtightened, the Pencil may not work properly, if at all.
If the Pencil has been dropped onto its Pencil tip, or exposed to excessive lateral force, the transducer located beneath the protection of the replaceable tip, may suffer damage.
Other than the replaceable tip, the Pencil itself has no serviceable parts; if damage has been sustained, the only remedy is full replacement of the Pencil.
If you need assistance, the technicians at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) will be able to test and assess your iPad and Pencil:
