System data

I recently purchased an iPhone 14 plus 128GB. Every time I check my iPhone storage the system data is taking up at least 90GB of storage, if not more. Everything I have read online says this will go down eventually but it has been like this for over a month now. This is ridiculous there is no point in having a phone that will only allow me to use around 30GB of storage or less. I have tried everything suggested to get the number down and nothing is working. This is absolute bullsh*t.
