Beats FIT Pro calling 911 on Pixel 7 Pro

How do we stop this?

One month ago Police showed up because my wife's phone called 911 without her knowledge.

I learned that pressing the power button 5 times can trigger emergency SOS on android. The cops and verizon seemed to know nothing about this. Why have 911 calls when no one even knows how to trigger it? Anyway, I assumed this was the reason. Emergency SOS if NOW off on android 12. This morning she was having issues with beats playing music. She does not use it for phone calls. ONLY MUSIC. Pressed the button many times on beats fit pro and it called 911. This time she was near the phone and saw it happen. (Last time she wasn't near the phone cuz bluetooth ya know). So now I think it's the beats fit pro head phones calling 911. We never, ever, ever want this to happen again. We can handle dialing 911 by typing Numbers. How do we make this stop. Is there away to make the head phones not have call functionality at all? We just want it for music.
