iCloud not working properly

My father subscribed to apple one and I do not have access to the amount of iCloud storage chosen in the subscription. It’s rather odd, given the fact that I do have access to Apple Music, Apple Arcade etc. How should I proceed?


ps: i tried to leave the family and come back to debug the problem, however it was solved only for a couple of days… I’m currently in the family plan and iCloud is not working

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. What are you seeing instead of the family storage? It sounds like you may be seeing your personal storage. In that case, try the steps below which are from Share iCloud+ with your family - Apple Support and should help you switch to the family storage.


"On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch 

In iOS 16 or iPadOS 16 later:

  1. Go to Settings > Family.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap iCloud+.
  4. Tap Use Family Storage.


In iOS 15 or iPadOS 15 or earlier:

  1. Go to Settings > [your name].
  2. Tap Family Sharing, then tap iCloud+.
  3. Tap Use Family Storage."
