I signed my wife out of her AppleID on her iPad to use it and signed my own AppleID. Now her iPhone can't see/send/receive pictures.

I used my wife's iPad to login to an app with some friends using my own Apple ID. I signed her out and signed myself in.

Now on her iPhone she can't see/send/receive pictures or memes. Why on earth would signing her out of her iPad she rarely uses affect her cell phone?

Hi Grimmshadowmask,

Okay, let's focus on the Message app. Please follow the steps from the article below that can help:

If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone or iPad

If you experience issues like conversations in Messages showing up as separate threads or sent messages appearing as green message bubbles instead of blue message bubbles when you set up a new device, update your settings using the following steps:
1. Update your device to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS if needed.
2. In the Settings app, tap Cellular. Make sure that your phone line is turned on. If you use multiple SIMs, make sure that the phone number you want to use is selected and turned on.
3. In the Settings app, tap Messages. Turn iMessage off and then back on.
4. Tap Send & Receive.
5. Tap the phone number that you want to use with Messages.

Hope this helps!

Have a great day.

Should that still persist, is this happening with multiple apps, or only certain ones?

Does she get any prompts or errors when she attempts to send a photo?
