Beats Fit Pro

I have trouble getting my beats fit pro earbuds to stay in my ears. I did the fit test and the medium feels slightly too big, but the smalls don’t seal enough for the noise cancellation to be as effective as it is with the mediums. Sometimes they stay in fine for a while but they always end up getting loose, and if I eat with them in then they fall out within a few minutes. I had this same issue with my AirPod Pro ear buds which is why I got the beats. Any suggestions?
