iPhone 12 Pro Max stopped connecting to my truck's Wi-Fi and I Give Up!

After several months of this frustration, I'm sorry to say, I GIVE UP!

My 2022 Chevy Silverado has built in 4G service. If I want to use the available Apple Car Play, I must manually enter my wi-fi password every time I enter the truck. That doesn't sound terrible but, IT IS!

My truck has a Google based Operating System which includes Google maps and a bundle of other Google features. I have a Chrome Book and I'm very familiar with Google's features. It works pretty well but I'd rather use Car Play.

Now, the only time I join the network to use Car Play is when I go on a long trip. The things I like most about Apple Maps are, I like the graphics better, it shows the speed limit (which Google Maps doesn't) and it's a little more responsive.

Please understand; the Bluetooth connection works very well but that doesn't include Car Play!
