Hi there. The phone numbers in my contacts keeps getting reformatted with spaces in. Dial assist is off. This all began when I returned from Ireland. I do manage to reformat them but I’d like to find a permanent fix. I’m with virgin media by the way. Cheers

You can change the country format for addresses and phone numbers using https://www.icloud.com
Note: These changes apply only to Contacts on iCloud.com. You must change formatting individually on each of your devices using the Contacts app on iOS and Mac, or Microsoft Outlook on Windows computers. For more information, see the documentation for the apps.

If you use correct International prefix the iOS devices will format the phone numbers in the same way as the country does. This is irrespective of what settings you have on iCloud or any other email contacts account.
