Help with update
Watch is at 100% and charging but it still won’t update! Says it need to be charging and at 50%. It so far behind in updates I don’t get any notifications on my watch that are from my phone!

Theoretically, it is possible to update a series 3 watch with the newest iPhone & iOS. FWIW a lot of people have had trouble updating a series 3 watch. With the limited memory in a series 3 watch, your best option may be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it:
