Since I changed wifi source, ALL the mail is tagged : "Your network preferences prevent content from loading privately". I didn't change any preferences, just the source and browser used - since Safari stopped working on the new source. Help, please.

Can you verify your software is up to date…
The current stable release of Ventura including bug fixes, security updates is macOS Ventura 13.2.1

Open mail app select Mail>Settings>Privacy disable:
“Protect Mail Activity”
“Hide IP address”
“Block all remote content”
test and compare your results, only then make changes that suit you better
