No. A cover designed for a third or later generation iPad Pro 12.9” cannot be used with a first generation iPad Pro 12.9”
The first and second generation iPad Pro 12.9” share the same dimensions- but have entirely different chassis and physical dimensions to third through sixth generation iPad Pro 12.9”.
