I put screen time on the ‘category’ on my sons’ iPhone on the assumption that the time limit is for all apps combined I.e. 1 hour for Social means 1 hour total across the category and not 1 hour per social app.
However, the restriction did not kick in even when one app was used for 2 hours. What have I done wrong? See screenshots for Snapchat.

It is not clear whether you are setting Screen Time Passcode for your device or your daughter's Screen Time Passcode through your device.

My question is not about setting the passcode at all.
my screenshots clearly show that I have set a limit of 1 hour for Games, Entertainment and 2 more categories yet my son was able to use a social media app for 2h 55m. How is that?
