My MacBook just got locked up. Says it’s block for security issues and is giving a number to call to remove the virus. The company is welyard llc. Asking 350$ to remove and protect the MacBook for 6 months. Is it legit ?

No, it is not legit. Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics. Do not interact with message or the sender.
