I have an iPhone 14 pro max that is a little over a month old. I noticed that my maximum battery capacity is now at 99% even though I wait until my battery is at 60ish to charge. Has anyone else had this issue with the new iPhones?

It's completely normal and expected.
Batteries are consumables, and you should expect to lose on average 1% - 2% of Battery Health per month of use.
If Battery Health falls below 80% within one year of purchase, Apple will replace your battery for free.
