Unable to register iPhone in Intune integrated with Business Manager
Hi, Apple Users and Experts.
We have set up Apple Business Manager, integrated with Microsoft Intune.
Intune MDM Push Certificate was created and is Active
Intune connector for Apple VPP token has been created and is Active
Enrollment Token has been configured with Business Manager and is Active
Azure AD Integration with Business Manager has been completed, and users have been synced.
The issue is when a new phone is assigned to a user with an apple id from the business manager. Those users cannot get Company Portal to enroll to Intune or AAD the device. The Get button in Apple App Store is disabled, so they cannot download the company portal or any other app. If the user cannot install the company portal, the device won't register with Intune.
I followed all the documentation on the Microsoft website, but still not working.
What am I doing wrong?
