I switched to an iPhone 12 from a Samsung and moved from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile. Every one I know has iPhones and they all have Visual Voicemail on their phone, but I do not. The guys at Xfinity Mobile can't figure it out, a friend who works at the Genius Bar at Apple has never heard of this, and it is so frustrating to have to call into my voicemail to get messages. ANYONE out there know a fix for this? Thank you!

Also, have you tried accessing voicemail on your iPhone by simply dialing and holding the number “1”?
Thanks, yes, I can access voicemail that way but I'd like to convenience of Visual Voicemail. Every other iPhone has a little Voicemail Icon with glasses where they can read the voicemails, but mine does not.
