I am trying to sign in to one of my apps, but it telling me that it has detected malware on my iPhone 13. And I must remove it before I can sign in. The app is a trusted source. Also I had google warn me of the same thing a week ago. How can I scan for malware?

No viruses, malware on an iPhone, unless it is jailbroken.
It might be a scam/phishing attempt. DO NOT give any personal info to anyone, and read this support article:--> Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams

A non-jailbroken phone cannot be hacked, or get malware. Where did you get this app? An app from the App Store should not give you any message like that. Any message like that would be a scam message.
