I've got a 2014 imac running Big Sur.
On applemail I have 3 accounts. On this machine I noticed I don't have the combined inbox showing up. Each account has it's own inbox but no combined inbox.
How did I lose it?
Can it be restored?

on applemail the combined inbox is missing.. Only happening on on of the 3 imacs I have at the house.
