I cannot see my photo stream option on my mac

You can only see My Photo Stream, if you are viewing your System Photos Library, and if My Photo Stream has been enabled in Photos, in the menu "Photos > Settings > iCloud". if you have iCloud Photos enabled on your Mac, you cannot enable My Photo Stream on the Mac.
You may not be able to enable My Photo Stream at all, if your Apple ID has been created only recently (after 2018), My Photo Stream may not be available to you at all. It is only available for long time users of My Photo Stream, for compatibility reasons with older devices. Have you previously been able to use My Photo Stream?
