Unable to create a new Apple ID

Hello All, good day. I have a valid Apple ID shared within family members. I want to create a new Apple ID and still be able to use all the purchases made with the old one. However I am not able to create new Apple ID. I get the verification code in the gmail account which I want to use as new AppleID. However error results as attached. I followed the link below, as was suggested earlier. Please let me know what steps should I take.
