How come apps will not reinstall on Apple TV?

How to redownload apps on Apple TV

1. From the Home Screen, choose App Store.

2. Choose Purchased. 

3. If you use Family Sharing, you can select a family member's name to see their purchases.

4. Select Not on This TV.

5. Find and select the app that you want to redownload.

6. Select the download button .
