Focus - Do Not Disturb Issue

Hello, i have been having issues with the DND feature on my iPhone 14 Pro. I typically turn it on as i’m heading to bed and turn it off as i wake up and start my day. But everyone i text has been telling me that i’ve been on do not disturb for a long time and i keep trying to figure out why but i’m having no luck. I cross checked my other connected devices like my Macbook and iPad but they don’t have it on. I’ve tried restarting my phone, doesn’t work. I’ve also tried turning it on and off to see if it removes it but nothing. I’m not sure if anyone has ever had this issue before but if so please let me know!
