State Farm Drive Safe and Save App

The icon on my State Farm’s Drive Safe and Save shows a number 3 which means I have 3 notifications/messages for me to read. How do I retrieve them on my iPhone 13 running iOS 16.3.1?

I called State Farm’s technical support and she asked me to swipe down on the iPhone screen and tap the Drive Safe and Save notifications. When I did that, the screen turned to a blank screen. Yet, the State Farm’s Drive Safe and Save still shows a number “3” which implies there are 3 notifications/messages to be read and cleared. Can anyone help me?

I’m glad you posted this. I also have a mystery number 3 that bothers me because it is important to me that the app is functioning properly. The phantom notifications make me worry that it is not.

I have some missing trips on the Drive Safe and Save App. The app is not reliable at all.

Agree 100% They just updated their app too. It no longer provides your overall average. I liked that. oh well.

Glad the "Fix" worked for you too. That 3 was annoying! hahaha
