The Apple TV app says it is no longer compatible with my tmobile tvision hub (which was created by google) after I had to do a factory reset. It worked fine the entire time until I was forced to do a factory reset and now it says your device isn't compatible with this version. I'm not sure what to do, I don't own any Apple devices and Im not sure if I mirror it from my phone through the apple tv web page. Thanks.

I've had this tvision hub for over a year and had no issues until I was forced to do a factory reset a month ago bc the remote link up was being glitchy. Until then, the apple tv app was compatible and worked the entire time. That's one of the reasons I loved it so much is bc it was compatible with the Apple TV app when my Google chromecast wasn't. So I guess I need to contact Tmobile, maybe a replacement will fix it!Hopefully!
