Any problems with iPod Touch update to 4.0.2?

Most of the battery problems seem to come from IOS 4.0. according to all the messages on here. I didn't have any problems with my 2 year IPod until I up graded to IOS 4.0 and now since I up graded to IOS 4.0.2 my IPod will not back up.
you may try shutting it down completely and restarting it. See if that helps.

I have last generation Ipod Touch, not the one that was just launched today, but the problem that i m having is that , when i m jogging at the gym my Ipod keeps opening the voice over control, i dont know if its the headsets that came with it, because when i used it i my car i have no problem

Just upgraded to the 4.0.2 and some apps are slow to load, some apps close shortly after opening, and now my mail accounts won't download any images in the emails. None of this was occurring prior to upgrading to the new version.

The email images is really a pain, as I use my Touch as my main source for email, so I checked online the mail settings on my accounts, and all load the images in the settings, and work just fine on my PC.

Anybody else having this issue????

I-Pod Touch 3rd. Pictures can be viewed only in portrait position no longer in landscape. Odd!!!

I'm still having Nike+ issues on my 2nd gen touch. Won't start measuring pace/distance after un-pausing and have difficulties recognizing the sensor on occasion.

im updating my ipod touch 3G 8GB to version 4.0.2, im currently in 3.1.3. but the thing is, i can't download the ipod software update because of network problems! any solutions to this kind of trouble?

I probably would not upgrade to IOS 4.0.2 Read all the issue people are having with upgrading to the IOS. If given my choice I would downgrade. My kids has the same IPOD touch and I have not upgraded it. I currently can not back up my IPOD since upgrading to 4.0.2. MY current back up is dated 8-14-10...the day i upgraded to IOS 4.0.2.
