iTunes not opening on Windows 11

Hi,

I recently switched from Apple Music to Spotify. Since my membership expired as of march 18th, iTunes will no longer open on Windows 11. When i try to open it, it gives me the error below.

I have updated my PC and deleted and reinstalled iTunes multiple times, but to no avail.

I have tried opening iTunes while pressing shift+ctrl and disabled store, apple music, etc., but it still gives me the same error.

It would be great if I could get it up and running again as I have some music I would like to sync to my iPhone that is not available on Spotify and, of course, backup my iPhone...

Can someone help?
