How to recover account without security key

I took a screenshot of my security key and I believe someone else found the picture because I’ve tried entering my password, it tells me I’m incorrect, so then I do forgot password over and over with zero ability to sign back in. The trusted phone number which is also the trusted device is my device, and the device I’m trying to sign in on. Is there any way to recover my account? I keep getting taken back to the login screen every time I try forgot password. All my pictures are in the account, I can’t download apps, it been a massive pain in the rear, please help.
