I don't have the answer to your question, but –


If you are trading your Mac to Apple for a new Mac, then a kit will be supplied to you when you provide the info during the process.

Please see: Apple Trade In


If you simply wish to recycle your Mac, you can just drop it off at your nearest Apple Store, or Office Max or Staples or Best Buy or...
