I can hear on my AirPods but the microphone does not seem to be working

What can I do to get the mike on my AirPods to work again? Does anyone know if both or just one AirPods has a mike?

Hi Jessdaya,

Both AirPod stems will have a microphone built in, in the event you want to use one at a time. If the microphone isn't working, we'd recommend the following:

First, put your AirPods in your ears, then on your iPhone go to Settings > Bluetooth and tap on the blue info icon for your AirPods. From there you can confirm if the microphone is set to automatic or one specific AirPod.

If the microphone still doesn't work, try resetting the AirPods:

Beyond that, there may be a hardware issue with them, so we'd advise contacting Apple Support if a reset doesn't resolve the issue.

Take care.
